feat(B05·B06): 집계 항목 고르기를 공용 모달(21-5)로 이음 · 임시 모달 삭제(21-9)

- 임시 Summary_Picker 삭제 · Panel 은 @ui/ui_template_item_picker 의 openItemPicker({current, canCopy}) 결과(apply · clear · cancel)로 처리
- 임시 모달 전용 CSS 삭제
- origin/dev 되받기 충돌 둘(List · Panel_Types) 양쪽 살려 풂 · 쓰지 않는 import 하나 정리
