Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/dev' into sub_laptop_4

충돌 49개 구조물 json + Store.py + test_m02_structure.py — dev 쪽 산출근거 분리(basis/) 구조를 따르고 내 쪽 도면.layers 기본 도면층을 얹어 합침.
