chore(wiki): graphify 산출물 전체를 git 으로 공유 (2026-09-09 사용자 확정)

날짜별 산출물까지 통째로 실어 창끼리 같은 위키를 보게 함. 374 파일 13MB.
PC 마다 값이 다른 둘만 제외 —
`.graphify_python` 이 PC 파이썬 실행 경로
`.graphify_incremental.json` 이 PC 저장소 절대경로가 박혀 있음
