fix(b08): 건설 산출 이름을 const_ 앞꼬리로 — 뒤꼬리(work_item_master_const_…)면 work_item_master_* 로 끝 파일을 고르는 B08 밑수 대조가 건설을 집어 대조가 통째로 빠졌음(전체 시험 빨강 2) · 고르는 쪽이 산림을 집는지 시험 하나
