refactor(B05): Page_Actions 의 [초기화] 본문을 옛 자리로 되돌림(sub4 저장 한 줄기와 충돌 피함)

- resetDesignAction 은 sub4 판 위에서 design_reset 호출로 다시 바꿈(다음 커밋)
- B06 [초기화]는 design_reset 을 그대로 부름
