fix(459 노선 저장 횡단 이월): 옛 관 열쇠를 옛 노선 누가거리로 — 정본 파일이 다른 선 누가거리면 관 측점 사용자 칸이 조용히 버려지던 흠

- 검증_sub4 실측: 옛 관 정본 388 · 394(다른 선) 대 옛 종단 351 · 358 → 옛 열쇠에 관 0 개 → 고친 뒤 pipe 2 개 · 351 메모가 새 자리 350 으로 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
