test(243-1): B09 표 만드는 길 시험 — 702-1 펼침 표 더함

702-1 B09_Estimation_UI_Tabs_Bill_Fold.ts 가 펼친 일위대가 구성 표를 제 표로 만듦(editOnDouble: true · 두 번 눌러 고침).
코드 흠 아님 · 시험이 팝업 · Shell 두 곳만 알던 낡은 목록 — 펼침 표를 목록에 더하고 두 번 눌러 고침 확인 한 줄.
