- Add config/package.json so `npm ci` installs into config/node_modules as intended by the build scripts (./config/node_modules/...) and vite.config.ts aliases, instead of hoisting to the repo root. - Remove stale root package-lock.json; the root is never an npm install target (scripts run from root but resolve modules from config/).
